We take very seriously our responsibility to protect and maintain the privacy, accuracy and security of your personal information. We do all that we can to maintain the highest standards in dealing with personal information held for you. Arrow Training Services staff that handle personal information understand the standards and take all reasonable steps to achieve them.

We collect only that information which is necessary for the conduct of our business relationship with you. Conduct of that business relationship includes not only the supply of books, other related products and services, but also the management of business transactions entered into with us, administration of any accounts you have with us, informing you of current and future books, other related products and services which may be relevant to you, and your participation in competitions or other similar activities organised by us. Some of the information we collect, for example on your use of our websites, may be used to improve our services to you and monitor performance. The information we collect is dependent on the purpose for which it is collected.

On receiving your request we give you a time at which you can expect a response and this time will be not later than 14 days after receiving your request.
There are some exceptions to your right of access, for example, in the case of existing or anticipated legal action.
If you find that there is an error or omission in the information held about you, please contact the Privacy Coordinator and we will correct the error or omission in our current records as soon as possible.
For legal and administrative reasons ATS Arrow Training Services may also store records containing your personal information in its archives. You may seek access to the records held by Arrow Training Services that are not current records, but if you do so, we may charge you for the cost of providing access.
